<em>Il corso di aggiornamento RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) e ASPP è obbligatorio  in conformità al D.lgs. 81/08 e all’Accordo Stato Regioni del 7/7/2016.</em>

<em>In particolare è previsto che gli <strong>RSPP </strong>e <strong>ASPP</strong> debbano seguire corsi di formazione per l'aggiornamento ogni quinquennio, accumulando un monte ore pari a:</em>
<em>40 ore per <strong>RSPP</strong>;</em>
<em>20 ore per <strong>ASPP</strong>.</em>
